„StART Design Studio“provides services of interior design which represents the field of applied art dealing with space aesthetics and function in which man dwells – workspaces, hotels, houses, restaurants, bars, pastries, and other special ambiences. In line with the wishes and suggestions of the client, and within the client’s budget „StART Design Stuido“professionally and with quality adapts the space, the look of all its units, elements and components.

L.A &Company is a company that deals with processing, publishing, presenting and distributing written material (art books, literature, thematic publications etc.). The director of this company, Mrs. Vesna Leković points out that with the support of Business Start-up Centre was established publishing house Vici located in the incubator. Mrs. Lekovic says: ‘’ At the Business plan competition 2009 I won award of 5,000 Euros of micro-credit at very favourable conditions and the right to use the Incubator spaces. Business Star-up Centre provided me with organizational and marketing support. The idea is the result of personal affinities of market observation and current events in the field of publishing’’.

The book as a final product and services that preceded the finished product are the main issue of this business. Her publishing house published four books: collection of poems by Vesna Leković ,,Tebi najdraža moja’’ i ,,Scintila’’, collection of poems by Hajrudina Hajre Kamberović ,,Zakopana prošlost’’ , memorials and anecdotes ,,Glupost je vječna’’ by Šekija Musić.

CoDe Ltd is a young company whose primary goal is to improve the operations of other companies by developing service programs adequate to their needs. The vision of the owner of the company is programming and development of universal software solutions, applicable to a wide range of activities. Thus, this means a software that will allow users to publish and establish their ground operations at the Internet i.e., to break business abstraction over the internet by connecting buyers and sellers of goods and services. Hence the name Coding and Development – shortly Co.De.

Oliv Mont Ltd deals with the production of natural soaps based on olive oil obtained by cold process which represents ecologically clean product. Its basic raw material is olive oil produced in the area of Bar of the olive tree called "zutica", which is proven to have medicinal properties. This product can satisfy the tastes of a large number of consumers of all ages. The soap can be used as remedies for skin and hair, as evidenced by his long-time domestic use. It can also be used in aroma-therapy. This work is based on traditional, handmade, primitive production and sale of homemade soap based on olive oil. The production is based on the cold procedure, which allows retention of the healing properties of olive oil, and provides high quality soap. Ms. Mira Babic director of this successful company says: ’’ I am particularly pleased with the fact that I get support from the areas I needed. From October 5, 2009 to October 10, 2009 Business Start-Up Centre enabled me to participate in Bosnia-Herzegovina General ZEPS fair. There I was with three other firms that operate within the BSC, exhibited my products at the booth that was designed for BSC Bar. BSC Zenica also organized exhibitions for the BSC centre Kragujevac and Bitola. Me personally meant a lot to exchange experiences with colleagues who have formed their companies in a similar manner. And I was very surprised with the interest of visitors for my products. I shared a lot of flyers and achieved a lot of contacts. A part of products I also sold by a promotional price and I had the samples intended to be a gift. In direct contact with potential customers I saw what was searched on the market and which products I should improve’.

The director of this company, Mr. Igor Glavanović has extensive experience and capability to guarantee that end-users consume fresh and quality products. The main imperative of adventurous owner Mr. Glavanović is that ready and concurrent should come out in new markets, where their long hard work will be actively valorised, therefore he soon begins to export fish to the demanding Italian market.

From the Incubator is expected to share information and resources on the market with all customers, as well as the opportunity to cooperate with enterprises in the surroundings.

Olica Ltd is a company that performs accounting services and as a new established company became tenants of the business Incubator, and as they say working conditions are good and the price of rent is reasonable. The objective of their business is to grow into a serious company, known for its professionalism and profitability. Their main vision is together with the incubator become a large business centre, the best in Montenegro and beyond.

Kadem Hotel Equipment - Custom made production, distribution and import of all types of curtains, decorations, footage of linen, materials for hotels and apartments. Since Montenegro as a tourist destination is very tempting, they decided to establish a company for wholesale of bedding, textiles, curtains, pillow cases, screens, quilts, pillows, and the need to perform the import and distribution of treads for stairs and other hotel equipment.

Spec Stroj Ltd is a company which develops electrical installations of strong and weak electricity and produces electric distributions and installation of equipment in the electricity. The company was founded in 2007 and has experience and skill in performing these activities. Veber Inženjering Ltd is a company specialized in performance, design and consulting in the building with a separate license for the design and analysis of structures in this area. They perform rough construction works in building, finishing works in construction, and engineering. This company has so far built and prepared for customers more than 130,000 m² residential-commercial space, plus residential facilities and production-warehouse space. For each object in the construction dynamically and operational plans are assembled for their delivery with network plans for each phase of the works, all incorporated in terms of construction under contracts.

Studio D is an agency specialized in organizing weddings and other festive events. The agency originated from the idea of moderating and improvement, as well as decoration and wedding organization that lacks Montenegro, and consequently the town of Bar. Studio D with its program seeks to facilitate the preparation, planning, information about the most basic and essential things related to weddings and other festive events, and points out the mistakes that often occur during the organization of gala events. The emphasis on each wedding is placed on decorations and theme of the ceremony. They offer a wide range of decorative accessories (dresses for chairs and a large spectrum of colour bows, floral decorations, balloon decorations, special effects which include lighting effects, smoke curtains, soap bubbles, artificial snow …).

As part of the company operates 3D studio, creative studio that deals with designing and consulting for the construction of all types of architectural structures and interior design. In addition, they deal with the procurement of documentation for the construction (surveying services, zoning permits, a variety of compliance, analysis, investment surveys, work applications...). At the very beginning we have seen great potential and we will try to base our activities on this aspect in the following period '' said Mr. Divanović.

The company is a representative of firm "Bogner čelik " Ltd from Vitez, BiH and representatives of the Belgian company "Zinga" which deals with galvanizing and cathodic protections, i.e. galvanization on the spot. In cooperation with the international steel manufacturers they offer well sorted and high-quality delivery program. At the same time, we should note the inox (stainless) steel materials.

The company is official distributor of the above mentioned company in Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania, based in Montenegro.
