Representatives of BSC Bar together with their project partner Municipality of Bar and Incubator “Inventivnost” from Podgorica attended the Entrepreneurship development Conference held in Rotterdam, Netherlands. This Conference was organized by Holland NGO SPARK, IN Holland University and Triodos Facet consulting house.  The goal of the Conference was to critically analyze entrepreneurship education and business creation programs and to find new linkages and opportunities in the light of entrepreneurship development.

BSC Bar opens the sixth cycle of business skills training. As in previous training, BSC Bar will engage international, regional and local experts and professors from the entrepreneurial experience. At the sixth cycle there will be following trainings:

Recently finished16th General Bosnian Fair ZEPS 2009 took place from 6 to 11 October in Zenica, on more than 22,000 square meters of exhibition space, gathering approximately 500 exhibitors from 27 countries.
Zeps is a general type fair imposed as the most important meeting place of businessmen, as well as their direct business contacts in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Business Start-Up Center at the University of Zenica has organized a major collective exhibition of companies which opening supported the Southeast Europe network of start up centers: Centers from Zenica, Bar, Kragujevac and Bitola.

The award ceremony where 14 participants of Business Plan Competition 2009 were awarded was held in the premises of the Municipality of Bar. Ms Milena Braletic, advisor in the Secretariat for Economy and Finance on behalf of the Municipality of Bar addressed the participants and guests, and in the name of BSC Bar Ms Ana Rajkovic, Project Officer. After the ceremony and delivery of rewards, for all attendees was prepared a cocktail.

A ceremony on the occasion of the announcement of the winners for the best business plan competition for 2009 will be held on August 19, 2009 at 12PM at the Municipality of Bar. Rank list of the Business Plan Competition 2009 winners can be found here.

Ivana Tomašević, Director of Business Star-up Centre Bar hosted Mr. Alexander Avanessov, UNDP Resident Representative and UN Resident Coordinator in Montenegro and Mrs. Milica Begović Radojević, Team Leader for Economy and Environment in UNDP Montenegro. The guests visited BSC Bar with the aim to learn more about the activities, goals, achievements of the project, as well as the possibilities for future joint cooperation.
