BSC Bar announces an open call for consulatants for Local Labor Market Study.

The rather isolated and fragmented way of implementation and evaluation of entrepreneurship development programmes calls for a more intensive interaction between practitioners, researchers, teachers and policy makers.

Triodos Facet, SPARK and INHolland argue that much is to be learnt from entrepreneurship development programmes in all parts of the world. Whether these are conducted in developing, transitional and/or developed countries; it is the entrepreneur who is challenged daily!

BSC/BI Bar representatives, together with representatives of business incubators "Inventivnost" from Podgorica, were guests at  grand opening of business incubator in Zenica. Beside representatives of business incubators from Montenegro, representatives of business centers and incubators from Kragujevaca and Bitola, as well as representatives of universities and the government of Zenica-Doboj Canton  were guests at the opening ceremony.

BSC Bar staff and volunteers accomplished the Business Plan Competition 2009 Promotion in municipalities of:  Pljevlja, Bijelo Polje, Nikšić, Berane, Podgorica, Danilovgrad, Kolašin, Herceg-Novi, Kotor, Tivat, Žabljak, Šavnik, Mojkovac and Bar. BSC Bar staff would like to thank for support and assistance of Employment Agencies and their respective offices all around Montenegro!

By handing over the computer equipment worth € 4500, Business Start-up Center Bar (BSC Bar) has completed today another successful joint project with the Municipality of Bar. Namely, within the Capacity building Project, BSC Bar provided equipment necessary for the work of the Office for International Cooperation and Euro-Atlantic integrations within the Mayor’s Department. This office is established in order to enable the coordinated development of international activities and the efficient preparation and management of international projects, as the Municipality of Bar has been already engaged in a number of projects that are realized in cooperation with various international organizations, and is also preparing for the participation in projects which will be funded by the European Union IPA cross-border program. One of the objectives of BSC Bar is to enable more efficient functioning of the partner institutions, by favor of the use of new information and communication technologies and organized trainings for employees, and in accordance with that training of employees for their work on computers was organized on that occasion, as well as acquired new Computer equipment which enabled faster and more efficient work of municipal authorities.

At 8. and 9. May BSC Bar is presented to the Entrepreneurship Fair in Kragujevac, which was organized by BSC Kragujevac. BSC Bar is also presented last year and this year's competitors for the best business plan, "Barske novine", "Abordage " and "Herba Komovi".
At the fair the next from the Bar presented 60 companies from Kragujevac, Bitola and Zenica.
