While being admitted into the incubators, you will be also provided with a specialized palette of support resources and services, including: management coaching, help in making effective planning, administrative services, as well as technical support, business networking, advice on intellectual property and sources of financing. You will also receive: a free registration of your business, micro-finance start up and free consultancy from BSC-Bar.
The ultimate goal of the BSC Incubator is to help you in the first year of your company's business life.

BUSINESS INCUBATOR STUDY TOUR TO POLAND
BSC Bar organised between may 11th and 17th 2008. a study tour to Poland. This study tour was meant to share experiences with Poland regarding establishing, managing and running business incubators. Except for this participants in BI Study tour had a chance to learn more about:
1) Business incubation best practice
2) General ways and procedures for working with clients (tenants) of the inkubator
3) Incubator sustainability strategy
Study tour was mainly focused on two things:
I) Training for partner institutions delivered by June Lavelle (business incubator pioneer from USA)
II) Visiting Polish incubators and discussion with their managers, directors and other officials about business incubators plans, programs and mamagement.
 
The goal of this visit was to come up in the end with concrete actions how to implement incubators in our countries in the best way.
Delegacy from Bar was led by Mrs Ivana Tomasevic, director of Business Start-Up Center (BSC) Bar, and there were also Mr Vladimir Pavicevic from Municipality of Bar and Ms Marija Orlandic from UDG.
BUSINESS INCUBATOR STUDY TOUR TO CROATIA
BSC Bar sent a delegacy between 26th and 28th September on a study tour to Osijek, Croatia to visit BIOS Business Incubator and to provide an educational insight into the inner workings of BI. The delegacy was led by Radovan Orlandic, project officer BSC Bar and there were also representatives of Municipality of Bar, BI Podgorica, Faculty for Tourism Bar and Cultural Center Bar. The delegacy was hosted in BIOS Incubator by Mr. Igor Medic, BIOS manager and BI Specialist who introduced delegacy members with foundation, entreprenurial structure, work and goals of BIOS Incubator.
After BIOS delegacy visited two more incubators in the region: BI Osvit in Donji Miholjac and Technological Park in Zagreb (TPZ). In Donji Miholjac delegacy met Mr. Valent Poslon, director, and Mr. Nikola Manojlovic, manager of the incubator. Delegacy also visited the entreprenurial center where was informed about the educational program and seminars being organized by the center.
At the end of study tour delegacy members were hosted in Zagreb by Mr. Marijan Ozanic, director of TPZ who introduced them with some of the high-tech and innovative companies within TPZ and wide spectrum of business, technical and other services that TPZ provides to it`s tenants.
